Darrell voted #1 All-Time Redskins Legend in WUSA-TV Channel 9 online poll.

On Monday, December 17, WUSA-TV Channel 9 announced during a live 30 minute special broadcast that Darrell won their All-Time Redskins Legend online poll.

Nearly 100,000 votes were cast by WUSA-TV Channel 9 viewers and Redskins fans alike. James Brown of CBS Sports and former Redskins Runningback Brian Mitchell were in studio with Channel 9 Sports Director Brett Haber to congratulate Darrell live on the air.
