The Route 281: Road to Canton Tour set to kick off this weekend

This Sunday, June 29, the Route 281: Road to Canton Tour will kick off at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia with a four-hour appearance by Darrell and Art.
In celebration of their induction to the Class of 2008 Pro Football Hall of Fame, Darrell and Art are utilizing the one-time opportunity to raise funds for their charities: The Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation and The Good Samaritan Foundation, respectively. Proceeds from the tour will benefit Hilaron Foundation a non profit organization established to receive and distribute funds to both foundations.
The Route 281: Road to Canton Tour starts in Lynchburg, Virginia, with festival-style activities and football competitions hosted by Gary Clark, Joe Jacoby, Dexter Manley, Brian Mitchell and Mark Moseley. The event will include an autograph signing from 1:00pm to 4:00pm with Darrell and Art of their exclusive Route 281 merchandise. Route 281 footballs, t-shirts, caps and polo shirts can be purchased and signed. No personal items will be signed.
The tour then heads to Fredericksburg, Virginia on July 19 for another festival with Rick "Doc" Walker and Ken Harvey; and Winchester, Virginia on July 26 for a dinner gala that will feature Hall of Famers Bobby Mitchell and Charley Taylor, entertainment and a silent auction.
